Top St. Louis Attorney Nominated as Super Lawyer

St. Louis, MO. June 27, 2008 - Influential attorney, Alvin Wolff, of Wallach & Wolff, L.L.C was selected, one out of only twenty-six, lawyers to represent the fall 2008 Super Lawyers group. Wolff was chosen in St. Louis for concentrating in plaintiff's medical malpractice.
In order to be selected for Super Lawyer, there is a four-step elimination process undertaken to create an extremely comprehensive yet diverse listing of qualified attorneys. This guide can be used as a resource to assist other attorneys and consumers in their search for elite legal counsel. Lawyers are strongly encouraged during this process to nominate and review their peers based off of actual observance and first-hand knowledge and viewing, versus purely reputation. The department examines the background and experience of each candidate searching for evidence of peer recognition and professional achievement. Factors considered include; transactions, experiences, honors and awards, certifications, education and employment background, outstanding achievements, representative clients, and settlements. There is truly no other published guide that is this unique in their multi-step process to find the best of the best!
To many, hearing Alvin Wolff's name might sound redundant; he has become the "go to" lawyer on many cases. The verdict came out after a five-day trial and five days of deliberations, the jury awarded the family $750,000* in damages.
